Just WOW! I spent 7 nights in Villa Harmony with my family. This whole property is a dream. We were welcomed like family by the owner Sam, the villa is enormous, much bigger than we had imagined, well stoked with everything a group needs. The staff helped to organise our rental quads, a private yoga class by the pool and were helpful in suggesting activities around, where to eat and delivery options. The location is central but up the hill enough that its quiet and a real jungle experience. We saw monkeys and iguanas outside our room too! Don't hesitate, just book it! we'll be back next year, thank you Sam & Faco for everything, dream vacay! You guys rock! Pura Vida!

My girlfriend and I just spent 7 days at this great property. It is private and clean. It is centrally located, with short walks to beach and restaurants. Plus the market is on the corner. The home has everything you need. Wildlife all around the area. Sam was an amazing host. We will definitely be going back and staying in Sam's properties!!!

By far the best place to stay in Santa Teresa!! Salva resort has it all! Each villa has its unique personality and style of accommodation and they’re all amazingly designed with high end furniture, mattress, pillows, towels and amenities. Each villa has a pool and luxurious master bedrooms and additional rooms. The host Sam is the best and truly makes you feel at home. If you are looking for the perfect high end accommodation in the middle of the jungle this is the place for you. Perfectly located beautifully designed and high end luxury vibe.

We stayed in the Ivory Villa and it was amazing. Perfect views and super serene. The view was beautiful, and Sam was the most gracious host; he let us sample the pool at another villa! Cant wait to see the new villas being built. We definitely plan on returning (with friends)! It was also super convenient to the grocery store and a few restaurants.

The most amazing atmosphere you could possibly ask for. Stunning views to wake up to and to top all that off, the absolute best host you can imagine. We came in as guests but we left as great friends,with memories that that can only be described as epic and unforgettable. Thank you and you can bet I will be back very very soon!

When my boyfriend invited me for a short Costa Rican holiday I didn't expect to be staying in one of the most stunning villas I have ever seen. The materials used and the general set up that gave an atmosphere of complete freedom and relaxation. I was able to completely enjoy and calm down. I could not have better things to say about Villa Ivory, and Selva’s Management staff. Amelia our concierge was more than accommodating, and made the personal touches to our trip that made our stay unlike any other we have had. We cannot wait to visit Amelia and Villa Ivory again. The view is unlike anything you can put into capture into a picture, and you’ll need to go see for yourself.

My stay at selva resort was absolutely incredible! I really want to share this time....When I arrived I received three cute little artisanal, organic jams. I got insight information on places to go, activities to do and on all the restaurants and bars in Santa Teresa. My host was always available for any inquiry or need I had. They arranged an in-villa private chef for me and I had an amazing massage at the villa! I went horseback riding, did a lot of yoga and surfing. All the villas are built with as much free open space possible, built high in the sky and tucked away in luscious jungle. I had absolute privacy while at the same time I was near all the restaurants, bars and the ocean. Even though I stayed during the rainy season it almost didn't rain during my whole stay and it was not so overcrowded as in other more popular periods. In short I didn't regret staying here! And I will definitely be back soon!

This is the second time we’ve rented from this host. Sam and his staff are wonderful – kind, trust-worthy, detailed, and proud of both the great properties they manage and the amazing area they live in. They all want you to have a relaxing, worry-free, and luxury vacation and see to it by providing many personal touches. For example, when our five-year-old mentioned she was interested in the birds she saw near the house, one of the staff members brought her a guidebook so she could learn more about them. Sam is there at a moment’s notice if anything is amiss. Besides needed his help from time to time, we just thoroughly enjoy him and now call him a friend. The house and property are kept super clean with regular fresh laundered sheets and towels, regular cleaning of the pool, and the floors swept of any dust that might waft up from the driveway below. It was nice to come back to a tidy house every day. At the time we were there it is very hot, but with the doors and windows open at night, the house cools off nicely and sometimes we didn’t need the AC overnight at all. Although if you do, there is AC throughout all the rooms that cools the room down right away. The pool is so refreshing at the end of a hot day and we found that (besides the beach maybe) the best spot to watch the sun go down. It’s nice that it doesn’t contain heavy amounts of chemicals as well. There is also a great covered space to do yoga or other exercise outside, where you can also lounge on a hammock when you’re done. Inside, the décor is very clean and modern, with comfy furniture and beds and great water pressure in the showers. It’s outfitted well for cooking in as well, which we do a lot with a young child. Getting up the very end of the driveway right below the house is tough without a quad, but you can park below the house and walk up a nice set of stairs, no problem. We walked into town many times with no issue and even our daughter could make it back up the hill. All the homes around here that have a great view are at the top of hills with steep roads. This one is actually one of the closest in with one of the easiest driveways. Don’t hesitate to book this home or visit this amazing area. We love it so much, we plan to return for a third time and dream of retiring there.

Tener vista total al mar, estar rodeada de verde y sentirme segura, sin duda, hacen del espacio un momento totalmente romántico e inolvidable! Además todo impecable, ya que, cuentan con todas las medidas sanitarias contra el COVID 19, wifi sólido que me permitió trabjar en cualquier zona sin probelma. Realmente un excelente y completo servicio! Quiero, quiero volver!

Villa Ivory es increible!! Probablemente tenga una de las mejores vistas de todo Santa Teresa. Rodeado de naturaleza y mar, en un ambiente muy tranquilo donde no te falta nada. El cuarto es muy espacioso y fresco, se nota que están en cada detalle. El equipo esta siempre dispuesto a ayudar y darte recomendaciones de todo tipo para pasar una estadía en Santa Teresa de la mejor manera. Por otro lado la locación es excelente, ya que esta a solo pasos de cualquier necesidad, ya sea acceso a la playa, restaurantes y supermercados. Ademas, (un dato no menor) la subida hasta el lugar esta asfaltada, por lo que no tendrás ningún inconveniente para llegar en cualquier época del año. 100% recomendable. Seguramente regrese :)

We stayed at this place for two days and it was just wonderful. The beauty and details of Villa Ebony is incredible. What a pool view!!!! We had some real problems with the Renta Car agency and Sammy's help, hospitality and accompaniment is something that we will never forget. A place to keep going and going!

We loved our stay at Villa Ebony. It’s situated on a hill right up from the Santa Teresa over looking the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The road to the home was recently paved with pavers and all details on the property were thoroughly thought through for aesthetic and function. Friendly staff kept the home clean and fresh while we were out. “What’s app” provided for quick, clear communication with Sami who was always nearby and helpful. We enjoyed yoga within walking distance, sport fishing in local Mal Pais (we left each day with our catch), and catching surf at Playa Hermosa and Playa Carmen. Check out beach and forest horseback riding out of Ollie’s Adventures - a highlight of our trip. We loved Uma Restaurant and The Bakery for healthy, fresh food too. The locals take great pride in their community- we will be back!

The location of this property is excellent. It's near all the best things to do in Santa Teresa, the best restaurants, beaches and activities, yet it is still private. The property is kept immaculate and the service is exceptional. The views are stunning and the villas are incredibly luxurious while simultaneously being surrounded by total nature. We enjoyed a beautiful ocean sunset every day in the infinity pool. I will only stay at this property in Costa Rica for now on, it's better than the Four Seasons by a mile. This is THE place to be!

I stayed at Harmony a couple of moths ago, the views are incredible and the attention was great. Amelia was kind, respectful and lovely, her recommendations were the best. The villa is very close to the beach and at the same time is in a private location. Very clean and well managed, willing to visit it again.

We couldn’t have picked a better choice to stay in Santa Teresa! Villa Ebony is entirely private, but perfectly located in the jungle above beautiful Santa Teresa town. The villa's unique location provides a breath-taking panoramic view and roar of the Pacific Ocean below, whilst an elevated view of exotic jungle nature of Costa Rica can be seen. The location is the best in Santa Teresa, and we easily walked to any of the LOVELY beaches and spectacular restaurants in the area. Exotic wildlife, such as iguanas, monkeys, etc, can be enjoyed from simply chilling out in almost any area of the open-view accommodation, or while swimming in the infinity pool. Exotic singing birds made the days blissful and brought us pure joy. Sam, the owner, and his staff are all beyond gracious and accommodating. They made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Sam and his staff were very helpful of the area and recommendations on yoga and surf classes, dining, horse-back riding, etc… The accommodation provides a spectacular open panoramic view with elevated rooms as we experienced a floating sensation above the Pacific Ocean. The porch deck is extremely huge and was a fantastic area to chill out and enjoy the view while swimming in the pool, practicing yoga, dancing, or simply relaxing to the sounds of exotic wildlife. The villa was luxurious and the AC was invaluable. We were amazed by the varied collection of worldwide modern art in the villa. The rooms were super clean and stocked with plentiful things we needed. The beds were superbly comfortable, and we enjoyed the spectacular jungle showers. The villa has a luxurious infinity pool, blending perfectly with the Pacific Ocean, and in which you enjoyed swimming while watching an iguana pass by. The kitchen and living room areas were perfect in size and more than fully equipped. We enjoyed having home-made cocktails and fresh juices while experiencing the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. The villa has a parking area for a car or ATV, which we highly needed in order to move around Santa Teresa. Many thanks for the best stay, we will definitely come back!!

This resort and villa ebony is amazing! Beautifully decorated, indoor/outdoor open flow of space, pool table (a nice surprise), and overall, just a well thought out home. The mixed materials of the house is incredible... there’s copper, metal, wood, mixed with the green landscape and sounds of a calm ocean. If you’re considering this home, stop looking and just reserve it! Additionally, Sami’s hospitality was unexpected. He went above and beyond to show us the home and places to eat nearby. I came with my family (husband and two kids - 8 and 9) and friends (family of three), and we didn’t want to leave! My family and I often visit Santa Teresa and would definitely return. We even booked this same house for the following weekend, but couldn’t stay due to work needing to be done to the pool that weekend. Still, though, Sami found us another alternative for this weekend AND brought me sunglasses that my friend left at the property. Thanks Sam you are awesome.

By far the best views in Santa Teresa. The place is spectacular, every details was well thought of. You can have private yoga lesson right at your deck by the pool, massage with great views of the ocean, and even a private cook to cook you dinner. It is definitely the best place to have a holiday in Costa Rica. The place is also super close to the beach and great waves to surf. I couldn't have asked for better.

Esta estadía en villa Ivory fue inolvidable. Es el punto con la mejor vista que he estado en Santa Teresa. Desde mi habitación y balcón pude presenciar uno de los mejores atardeceres de mi vida. Me encantó la distribución espacial de la villa y el baño con vista hacia los jardines. El diseño del espacio abierto hacia la naturaleza genera una atmósfera muy agradable en conexión con la naturaleza. El espacio estaba impecable. En cuánto a la cercanía con la playa, está en el centro de Santa Teresa, a unos 100 m de la calle principal, se puede ir caminando a la playa y es muy seguro. El staff desde antes de la llegada estuvo muy atento enviando información y en la llegada y salida me ayudaron con el equipaje y todo lo que ocupaba. Todos muy amables y serviciales. Definitivamente super recomendado y quiero regresar pronto!

We stayed in Villa Ivory "Treehouse" (76 steps up) and it lit up our senses. Great views (three glass walls), fresh and comfortable bed, clean bathroom and shower. The outdoor kitchen was great and sufficient. Mostly ate out at our host's (Sam) recommended local eateries. The Bakery was evil (as I was warned) and I gained 6 pounds while frequently eating their pasteries and drinking wine. We were close to everything but I recommend an ATV vs. a car to quickly access all of Santa Teresa's fun spots.

I had the opportunity to stay at Villa Harmony in my last visit to Santa Teresa, I have to say it was the best place I’ve ever stay hands down! Amazing views, beautiful rooms super spacious. My favorite part is definitely the outdoor showers. So cozy! Also 5 starts to the staff at the Villa, specially Amelia who was very kind to share with us information about the area and all type of activities in Santa, thanks again.

Absolutely gorgeous property! Luxury villas built into the jungle all with stunning views from Ebony, Ivory and Harmony, like the best sunset views you could imagine! We stayed at both Ebony and Harmony, as after one week here we realized there was nowhere better to go for the second week. Even though they are villas you still get all the amenities of a hotel/resort, very responsive and helpful concierge (they literally do it for you and send it to you), daily cleaning (they are so nice and diligent, clean and change all linens too), and a hands on owner Sam who started taking care of us before we even arrived! And yes you can trust to PayPal him in advance and this paradise will be waiting for you when you come!

We just left our Villa Guanacaste a few days ago to our next destination but already we are missing it and the delight that is Santa Teresa. The villa was modern, clean and well equipped with everything we needed plus our own pool to refresh ourselves after a morning surfing or doing yoga. Our host Sami was charming and Sofia helped hook us up with Horseriding and all the local info we needed. Highly recommend Sami’s accommodations (I hear there are some great views to be had at some of the higher ones) and the surfers paradise that is Santa Teresa.

What an amazing experience staying at Selva. The luxury rental villas are so beautiful, the views stunning. Sammy the owner goes above and beyond to accommodate any adventure you can think of on and off the property. Don’t hesitate to ask him Or his staff anything. He was kind enough to arrange horseback riding on the beach and a Sunset stand up paddle boarding tour. The memories made with my family in Santa Teresa were ones I will treasure forever and Selva was a huge part of that. So often I wish I was back watching the sunset while swimming In the salt water infinity pool. We will without a doubt be back. Pura Vida!

Sami's home is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly located in the town of Santa Teresa. Sofi, our host, was so helpful at check-in. She helped us to arrange ATVs during our stay, which were delivered to the home. I highly recommend this- so fun to explore the town and beaches this way. Sofi also gave us great restaurant recommendations (there are so many!) and helped with everything we needed. The design of the house is super cool with beautiful artwork from a local artist. We loved the indoor-outdoor space and the saltwater pool. The home is in the perfect location to explore Santa Teresa. You are away from the noise of the main road but close enough to walk into town. The home even comes with daily cleaning! A huge plus for us was the very strong Wifi. This was a must for us with zoom classes and remote work. We cannot wait to return!

This place is just so wonderful. More beautiful than the pictures. An incredible place to hang out with the family for a few days of beach activities and delicious food in Santa Teresa. The pool is amazing, the beds were so comfortable, Sami himself is a sweetheart, and his staff was constantly cleaning and sweet to chat with — just generally lovely. If you want total privacy be sure to tell Sami. We enjoyed having everybody coming and going — it felt relaxed and friendly. The location is perfect, the beach at the bottom of the hill and across the road is the best beach in the Santa Teresa area, the restaurants everywhere were incredible, and everybody was so lovely. It was the dry season so very dusty on the roads. Very nice to be up high overlooking the ocean and above the fray. (You will definitely want four-wheel-drive to get up the driveway.) All in all, a perfect introduction to Costa Rica and pura vida! Thank you Sami!!!

"A perfect secluded, paradisiac and rejuvenating getaway" Selva resort is the sort of place you d just want to stay forever. The area and the three stunning villas just keep you absolutely mesmerized. There are.no words.to.describe.the absolute relaxation I obtained by just being there for a couple.of.days. The three beautifully designed villas just ooze tranquillity, luxury and perfection. The view from these properties are absolutely stunning and the design totally morphes with the luscious jungle. The villas are completely furnished with one of the best beds u ll ever sleep in! Everything you need is there kitchen, fridge, coffeemachine, hairdryer.. and even a play station :) there is ample on site parking space and Santa Teresa is totally awesome!! You ll never get bored.there!! For.me.selva resort was the perfect place to stay because of all the forementioned reasons and the fact that I have never felt this total post holiday relaxation ever before!! Oops.. forgot to mention the non stop, extremely.helpful and continuous assistance from the owner and staff of the resort! I recommend this place to all my.friends.and.I m.sure I ll return pretty soon.

I would highly recommend Sami's place if you want to stay in Santa Teresa. The beauty of the place is not just something that you can see but also hear. The sounds of the waves and all the nature around the place is incredible. Also Sami was always willing to give us recommendatios about the best restaurants and spots to visit. He was really helpful the last day that we faced some issues with our car. A really nice place and a really nice person.

We had a great experience renting from our host, Sam and his team. They were generous with their time to help provide information or to book excursions. We stayed at Guanacaste villa in the La selva resort and the house is absolutely beautiful. Feeling of living outdoors with style and comfort. Our concierge Facundo was so helpful and quick to accommodate anything we needed. The location is perfect - up from the mayhem of the main road but quick to access by foot or on bike as we did. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms large and lovely design with a indoor outdoor shower. The kitchen was stocked with just the minimum basics but enough to cook in occasionally. This place is a treat.

Words can not describe the beauty of this property. Everything is just perfect from the pool to the bedrooms. Sam and his crew are amazing human beings who go above and beyond for their guests. The location is just perfect, best area in Santa Teresa!! The sunsets in the pool are a must everyday. Thank you!!

I was so excited to stay at the Selva Boutique Resort – it looked like a little piece of paradise. I wasn’t disappointed! The resort is set in a beautiful location with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The villas are modern and stylish, and the infinity pool is just incredible. I loved having my own chef’s kitchen and private BBQ facilities, and the daily housekeeping service was a real bonus. But what really made my stay special was the exceptional service from the Selva Boutique Resort’s personal concierge team. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great holiday. Selva is a bit higher from the main road so it stays quiet and secluded. The road who leads to the villas is paved and very accessible. Plenty of private parking areas. The wifi is super strong 100meg optical line. And super comfortable working spaces. Deepin into those salty water pools watching the sunset among the infinite waterfall is absolutely stunning. Totally extended media kit with hundreds of different channels, can definitely make this fantasy experience going above and beyond . I have no words to describe the beauty of this place. My boyfriend proposed to me during our weekend vacation at Villa Ebony and everything felt just magical!! Such a romantic place with stunning views of the Ocean. On the last day, our rental car's battery died and Sami was beyond helpful with us, driving us around on his ATV, making sure we ate and helping us to make it on time to San Jose. I highly recommend this place and I can't wait to be back to best place in Santa Teresa with the best host ever!!

The overal sense of being.in the world's most beautiful apartment and nature. The art work in the house is especially intriguing, the bed was absolutely perfect, had one of the best sleep ever, the interior design is well above perfect and the swimming pool is a dream! I really appreciated the open.kitchen, and the terrace, the beautifully conceptualized "jungle" bathroom and the excellent coffee. The experience left me more than and overly extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend staying in this magnificent villa and I ll certainly come back!! :)

We had such a great time! Amazing views, swimming pool on our door step and everything was close at hand: shops, restaurants and of course the magnificent beaches!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the stylisch decorations, design of the villas and incredible artwork. The service provided by management and staff was excellent. All of our questions were met with the upmost courtesy and swift fulfilment of all our wishes. We were with three families and small children, and we had a valuable and wonderful time together. The children had a ball and we of course too.  There s an abundance of activities to do for children in Santa Teresa, kayaking, horse riding, hiking, skating, surfing for children, butterfly farm, canopy tours. We also appreciated the wide screen TV and PlayStation available in the villa. When we wanted to go out in the evening, the staff even found us a baby sitter. The infinity pool was totally incredible, it felt like we were at a hotspring, the water is so pure and healing.

La maison Guanacaste est vraiment très feng-shui et bien aménagée. La piscine est nettoyée tous les jours. Il y a une petite épicerie à 300 m à pieds (beaucoup de choix) et la mer est accessible à pieds également. Proche de quelques restaurants.

The place is equipped with 100 megabytes fast internet concoctions who made our interactive life much more easier. Villa harmony @selvaresort is more than what we imagine.
